Preparations and Presentations 4 Second PS Meet at Pokhara!!!!

Rotaract Club of Damauli.

 

It's great to hear about the Second PS Meet, the preparation is whose is going great!.

 

District Events are one, which are set and scdeduled by the District Council, looking over the overall activity routine of District Administration and Individual Club timetable. PS Meets, do fall under the same. So, time schedule of the upcoming PS Meet is not the debatable topic........  Please understand the fact that postponding the event for a month or two means retarding the Rotaract Movement in Nepal by the same time!!..

 

Dear Fellow Rtr. Sagar, I appreciate your concern about the greater role of your club (as one of the Host Clubs) in the Upcoming Meet, regardless your plan to get busy in Tanahun Festival. Realise that: PS Meet is basically an administrative meet of all Rotaract Club Presidents and Secretaries, wherein business agenda, usually pre-set and pre-informed by District Council, are tabled and discussed. So, the real preparation work for the meet involves-

 

-District Council in preparing, and distributing to each club, the list of discusion topics; and

-Participating clubs, need thorough discussion on the above distributed topic in their regular meeting (with quorum) and draw distinct conclusions, which are then presented in the PS Meet.

 

The role of Host Club during the PS Meet seems- to ascertain that business flows in smooth and steadily, with proper management of the required logistics. We believe, all the host clubs: Rotaract Club of Pokhara, Rotaract Club of Pokhara Midtown and Rotaract Club of Damauli, will try their Bests and leave milestone behind engraving its success story in the long trail of Rotaract Movement in Nepal.

Long time no see how r u and how is going now a days. About Second PS Meet we (Rotaractor From Damauli) are very much interested to organize the district programme and we r also ready to do but about the date we asked with U Raj, as well as Anil to post pond for Margh or Falgun because at damauli we r celebrating Tanahun Festval from the first week of Poush so we Rotarian and Rotaractor are busy in that Festival. We talked with ZR, Pokhara and Pokhara Mid Town about our problem. And do you think is it possible to organize the program with in this short period? I think it’s not possible to organize on the first day of Poush. We need more than one month for preparation of PS Meet because we want to do well and want to invite to all clubs but no one become on our fever from district council and did not agree to change the date of second ps meet.

It will be difficult for Damauli to organize the programme on the first day of Poush because of Tanahun Festival it’s on first week of Poush. If it is possible plz talk with RC Pokhara and Pokhara Mid Town. We can be participating on the program. Other wise Plz Tonil Je talk with U Raj about our problem and asked for postponed and contact with our President Elect Rtr. Damoder Bhandari Mo. 9846028189 and 065560690  if possible, if not it’s ok.
