RFP - mobile app

Hi

I wish to build a mobile app that I would like to run as a dark app
i.e. a background service on an iPhone. the app should be able to
continue processing such as (1) access the WIFI services (2) send data
using GPRS / WIFI.

We also have a lot of other mobile app requirements.

We can talk about the details if you are interested in providing this
kind of a service.
