How to create custom folders in public_html?

Hi,
Installed ServersMan on iPhone...works great!
A question. How I can create custom folders in public_html such images, scripts and others? Scenario is a html file is expecting files from such folders.
The ServerMan app seems to have an option to create a folder but it doesn't seem to work.
