cant open serversman.com in Japanese

Hi,

I cant open the site http://serversman.com in Japanese. I confirm my
IE has JA in language setting, and even click "日本語" link, the page
move to http://serversman.com/index_en.jsp automatically..

any idea to open the page in Japanese?
