Dear sentiretina ,

from ServersMan support.

You can modify html file in ServersMan on device.
If you can download from ServersMan html file to PC, you modify and
upload the HTML file to ServersMan.

If you changed the index.html, ServersMan app don't auto-rewrite.
please let's try.
