既存のSMTPサーバを停止・アンインストールしたい。

お世話になります。helloooideeeeeaと申します。

SMTPサーバをインストールしたいと考えていますが、
既にSMTPサーバが動いています。
何のSMTPサーバか分からないので、アンインストールして、自分でPostfixをインストールしたいと考えています。

既存のSMTPサーバの停止・アンインストールするにはどうすればよろしいでしょうか。
