how to add dns record on asuswrt-merlin router

To use custom domain, we need add two dns records.

I am trying to find a way to add dns records on my router. The only information which I found online is this page

It is done either on WEB UI or with a ipa command. But my asus router has no web ui for dns record, and no ipa command available.

Anyone knows how to install package for ipa command on asuswrt-merlin router?

or anyone know any other way to add dns record to router?
