Serveo.net is down

Hi,
Today I'm having trouble starting serveo from my device with the command:
ssh -R custom-domain:80:costom-domani.loc:80 serveo.net

Then, googling for some support, I found the serveo.net website down.
Are these two related things?

I apologize for the auto-reply but I forgot to report the error it gave me:
ssh: connect to host serveo.net port 22: Connection refused

Periodically Serveo is down and reaching serveo.net is effectively a good hint to determine if it's because of you or Serveo itself. Because of this I proposed to add a paid service beside the free one (because it's difficult to maintain a free service which is more subject to be used by any kind of indelicate activities; e.g., phishing) : see https://groups.google.com/g/serveo/c/B9EnR4uxc8Y (if you feel it, you can vote over there, of course).
