Serveo Custom Domain! SOS

hello i am trying to add my custom subdomain to a serveo tunnel. on the console i get forwarding  TCP traffice from subdomain.example.com:xxxx with green letters but if i try to acceess the port is closed. i use ssh-keygen to create a fingerprint, i add it a txt record and i add the cname record too. does anyone knows what happent? did i do somthing wrong or somthing not working? Thanks
