Serveo.net down?

Hello,
Is anyone else having problems accessing the SSH server at the moment? This is what I'm getting:

OpenSSH_for_Windows_8.1p1, LibreSSL 3.0.2
debug1: Connecting to serveo.net [159.89.214.31] port 22.
debug1: connect to address 159.89.214.31 port 22: Connection refused
ssh: connect to host serveo.net port 22: Connection refused

Also, browsing to http://serveo.net/ gives "This site can’t be reached. serveo.net refused to connect."

Oh. I meant to add that I can ping serveo.net OK:

Pinging serveo.net [159.89.214.31] with 32 bytes of data:
