Remote port forwarding failed for listen port 80

Today, I'm getting an error 502 reaching my custom domain's URL. Since its on auto-reconnect through autossh, I stopped the concerned service and tried to establish the tunnel manually. Here it is:

ssh -NR mydomain.tld:80:127.0.0.1:80 serveo.net
Warning: remote port forwarding failed for listen port 80

Do you know why?

I'd guess that Serveo.net was being blocked (again). First thing that I do when that happens to me is to browse to https://serveo.net and see if the home page comes up. If that's down then the port forwarder is probably down too. The reverse isn't necessarily true.
