I am not exactly sure of what you are asking.

I presume you are trying to get two ordinary Android phones to connect via Bluetooth using Serval Mesh or Serval Chat, and that something is not working as you expect. Please describe what steps you are following, what you expect to be happening, and what you are seeing happen.
