Recent pushes to serval-dna development branch

I have just pushed a bundle of work to the development branch of the serval-dna repo, that has the potential to disrupt ongoing work.

There are significant changes to the Autotools configure.ac script and header files, in order to support the Swift language on Linux and Mac OSX, and to support cross-compiling to various iOS targets.

The logging subsystem has also been significantly re-worked, changing the names of the logging functions, eg vlogMessage() is now serval_vlogf().

I will keep an eye out for GitHub issues that may arise from these changes.  During this month (March) I will be mostly full-time at Flinders University, so will be able to attend to them.
