Desktop interface working again

I finally had time to update my desktop interface to Serval so that it
works again after the SID/identity changes.

'Meshy' features:

+ MeshMS send & receive
+ Live Network Peers list
+ Live servald status indication (green=running, red=failed)
+ Easy running of servald cli commands
+ MeshMS templates for Mesh Extender
+ No dependencies: Python & Tkinter
