Hi All,
Here is an invite for the next RSL CDN, I know that it is short notice but very few people responded to my e-mail about this from a couple of weeks ago.
Anyway, I have had offers of a venue in Basingstoke and Horsham but I think that Horsham is probably more central, if there is such a place?
This meeting will be about Youth Engagement and I have arranged for a Youth Development Services Manager to give us a talk about how the changes to services may affect us.
If anyone else can think of a second speaker then please let me know.
Also, let me know if you have any special, and sensible, dietary requirements.
An agenda will be sent out next week. Please pass this invite on to anyone from your organisation that may be interested in attending.

Catalyst have been forward thinking on this and directly employed a youth worker. Twilight Bey gives an interesting talk.
At Western Challenge we have taken a different approach and support voluntary groups who work with young people. For example I am a member of a management committee of a voluntary detached youth project. Funding for such groups remains a main challenge.
