To reduce the risk of the transmission of COVID-19, consistent with the Iowa Department of Health, the state of Iowa and the Road Runners Club of America (RRCA) guidelines, we want to encourage a physically respectful (not so much verbal) and safe environment including social distancing and mitigating safety measures. 

     - Of course, do not participate if you are feeling sick or ill, and or have a fever. Or if you have been in contact with someone unrecovered from COVID-19.

     - No physical contact. Always maintain six of more feet of social distancing.  

     - No spitting or "nose rockets".   

     - If you're not comfortable, or unable to maintain social distance, participants are encouraged to wear an SCRC cloth mask.

     - Participants whose actions do not meet expectations and/or are creating risk for themselves or others will be confronted and ridiculed until they comply with these guidelines.
