Is Ted the anchorman also Ted Tonks?

He allows himself a smile while talking about owls flying around in
the daytime. We don't know the anchorman's last name... yet. However,
this would make sense, as Ted Tonks is a Muggle who's married to a
witch. By working for the Muggle news broadcast, Ted could help cover
up the thruth about wizarding events that might have been witnessed by
Muggles.
