Now that we know Draco's wand is made of hawthorn (see my
http://abyblutjager.blogspot.com post about Draco's wand), can we say
he's capable of a full switch to Harry's side?

I think so, but it will come at a heavy price, perhaps losing one or
both parents... or perhaps becoming one of Fenrir's victims....
