"Mark as watched" without network connection - not working

Hey there,

first of all, thanks for this great app, it has been very useful for me this far and i'm glad i found it!

Now, since the last update, marking episodes as watched in Airplane-mode/offline-mode doesn't work anymore.
If I tap on the checkmark it get a message "no connection" or something an the checkmark doesn't stick.

Is this supposed to happen in the new versions? The "offline-episode-marking" was a really big plus for me, since I turn Airplane mode on over the night. And that's when I'm watching series the most.

this does not work anymore if you have a trakt account connected. Before 2.9 you would have to sync episodes manually via settings if you flagged them while in offline mode, however now it only displays the change after flagging it on trakt was successful.

For your edge case, the simplest (however not convenient) solution would be to disconnect your trakt account, then reconnect later and do a manual sync.

i disconnected trakt and now it is working as expected.
i don't really need trakt anyway so it's all good :)

p.s. any way to buy series guide x other than on the play store? i'd like to buy it, but don't have a credit card.

You're welcome.

Yes, you can only buy it via the Play store. However in Germany (and other countries), you should be able to pay via your network provider (meaning, it will show up on your phone bill) in addition to credit card.

unfortunately paying via my provider doesn't seem to work, it should, it's vodafone (1&1 to be precise), but somehow i don't have the option.
i read something about editing your build.prop, will try this sometime, and if it works, seriesguide will be the first app i buy :)
