I like the minimal amount of code -- thank you, I appreciate it.

I had some issues getting the ID (this.getId(...) in the controller)
from the URL, after spending some time looking at it I changed:

UrlInspector line 79:

// Puts the main resource's ID
info.addId(resource, id); //WAS: info.addId(id);

and it fixed my issue.

Ok, could you give me an example about when it failed?, I'd like to add some tests to check it.

Thanks for the information.

I'll try and be a little more detailed now that I have some time... we
pulled down the code from sourceforge: 0.3.0

My employer hired a contractor to implement a RESTful framework for
our mobile product, he picked your product. While the contractor was
trying to use the examples in the Reference Manual e.g.

String accountId = this.getId("account");
String bankId = this.getId("bank");

He reported that the ID's were coming back as nulls, but he could see
the debug print out the right information in the map (account_1,
bank_1).. I had time to trace it back to the possible issue I reported
above.

The second issue we had (not a bug) was my employer has a very strict
policy about where we place config files -- I had to extend
RestServlet and override init() to tell it where to find the property
files -- I have to make the Config and UrlInspector protected vs
private.

I'll post more if I find anything else.

Thanks Again
