I want to use serf as a medium to coordinate between services. For example I want to inform services when some data changes thereby allowing services to react.
Is this a good fit for serf?
What kind of delays are expected in a healthy cluster?
How long does an event take to propagate within a small cluster (≤100) in a VPC?
