Serengeti with private cloud/TSAM

Hi folks,

I'm interested to find out whether anyone has done anything with regard to incorporating Serengeti into a private cloud architecture.  Specifically, Tivoli/TSAM.  I'm not quite sure how this would work, as my (limited) understanding is that both Serengeti and TSAM would work by asking VMWare's VCentre to build/tear down VMs...and that TSAM would expect to be the single owner of all of the vSphere resources.

Just wondered if anyone could confirm whether that was the case?

If so, then I guess the other way of working this would be to allow Serengeti to pump its requirements into TSAM's REST API.  Again, has anyone done any thinking (or even better, anything practical) around that yet?

Hi,  sorry for the late response. Serengeti provides both CLI and REST API for intergration with other tools. I will let our PM know your requirement.
