We are back in no-gi this week and on our normal schedule.
We are getting closer to Chicago Open and ADCC Open if you are planning to compete make sure to get signed up and start planning your strategy.
ADCC has very unique rules so if people are interested I’ll do a small rules meeting/strategy session about the rules and how to play the game in ADCC. If you are interested post here or message me and we can set up a time
