Busy week

Reminder we are on a modified schedule with the 4th of July this week. All classes(comp and regular) are canceled Monday 7/3 and Tuesday 7/4. We will have open mats both days at 10am and feel free to train both gi and nogi. Tuesday we are expecting a good amount of visitors so it should be a fun day.

Normal schedule resumes Wednesday 7/5 and we will be in no-gi.

We have Grappling Industries this Saturday 7/8 so good luck sloths competing.
