No-Gi week

We are in a no-gi block and on our normal schedule this week.

This weekend will be a busy one with a big group headed to compete at Tap Cancer Out, there is still time to donate to the team members. And Chris Wojcik doing the ADCC East Coast Trials in New Jersey. Good luck everyone
