How to use Sequence demarcation tool in mac?

Hi Everyone,

I'm a newcomer to the mac and usgae of command based application. I managed to install the tool with the aid of friend. Can anyone explain me "How to operate the tool?" I'm very glad if someone post a link of Video through which i can follow it.

Hi, which version did you install? Is it the windows version or the python version for Macc? I can help but usually the instructions are within a Readme file within the installation direcotry.
