Hi,

I using Phyton in pycharm, but I cannot open the Mac32.py test.fas muscle

Some suggestions?

If you have downloaded and extracted the SDT_Mac32.rar folder, you can open a terminal and change to the directory where SDT_Mac32.py is located and type the following command: "python SDT_Mac32.py test muscle" .

You do not need need to use pycharm as you can run python directly in the terminal.

Otherwise, using pycharm I guess the problem is that you might be using the wrong command to run the program.
