SDT_Mac64 giving OSError [Errno 1] Operation not permitted

Hello, 

I am trying to run SDT from terminal, within the directory where SDT_Mac64 is located, I type python SDT_Mac64.py test.fas muscle 

and I get %2 Traceback progress in Pairwise Alignment. Then it Python gives a subprocess error with raise child_exception. 

Any suggestions will be much appreciated, thank you.

Had you changed the mode alignment programs to executable?
