error 480

I got everything except the output picture. I get an error 480 msg when I try to click/save the picture matrix and the program shut down immediately.

What Operating system version (Wndows)?

Can you also try run the program with administrator's rights?

Can you also right-click on the picture and copy then try paste some where like in powerpoint? Let me know if that works.
