I opened Sequel Pro today and connected to my local database as I usually do. While I can select the databases I had before, none of these databases show any tables and I cannot select any other tab than 'Query', if I do run a query on a table that I do know exists, such as 'users', I get an error message that says: Can't find file: './ifi2_dev/users.frm' (errno: 13)

If I connect to a remote server, everything works as expected. If I access my local database using the same credentials that Sequel Pro uses, I can run the same queries with no trouble or errors.

By "access my local database using the same credentials that Sequel Pro uses" I mean using the mysql command line tool.
