Copy as SQL UPDATE?

When you do a custom select from a table and right click selected
rows, one of the menu options is "Copy as SQL INSERT". Is there an
UPDATE version of this option hidden somewhere?

Right now, I am using a local installation of phpmyadmin just for the
times I need to export rows with an export type of UPDATE. It seems
like a bad oversight for Sequel Pro to not have this ability, so I
feel like I must just not know where it is. Is there one? Thanks!
