Horizontal scrolling bug in 1.1.2 build 4541 (Mac)

In 1.1.2 build 4541 (Mac), there is no longer a default horizontal scrollbar on the main area of the Content tab. Adjusting the window size makes it appear for a brief moment, but not fast enough to be able to click/drag it, and mousing over the area to make it appear does not work. This means it is nearly impossible to view any data outside of the default viewport.

I'm getting the same problem, but with the vertical scroll bar as well. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
