Where does Sequel Pro store its settings?

Where does Sequel Pro store its settings for favorites and the like?
(I want to sync between two machines)

Hi Chris,

Sequel Pro stores your favorite settings alongside it's preferences in the following file:

~/Library/Preferences/com.google.code.sequel-pro.plist

You're probably already aware of this, but remember that all of your passwords are stored in your Keychain and not the above preference file.
