Including ChrM callls

Hi all,

bevor I switched to SeqMule, I usually got calls for ChrM as as site effect too. I looked up the Ref Fasta and Chr M is still included. I now it was not in my target.bed but even after adding the ChrM regions I did not get calls.
Has someone an idea how to get Chr calls out of my data?
