manually reorder analysed loci

Dear developments,

       The tool is pretty good,but I would like ask some question. Given some reference such as some peaks, then input some bam files,  finally I can get the heatmap. But I want to manually reorder analysed loci because my reference have two part, so I don't want to cluster, I just would like order the analysed loci such as the top is one part,and the bottom is the second part.

         But I don't know how to do it, can someone help me?
