seqminer source code sought

Is this project still alive?

The paper seqMINER: an integrated ChIP-seq data interpretation platform says: " The source code, tutorial and wiki for seqMINER is available at: http://bips.u-strasbg.fr/seqminer/ under General Public License" but I find this URL to be unresponsive.

Apparently it has been this way since at least 2012 according to this.

All advice welcome.
