Hello all,

I am new to this group and just started using seqMINER.

Is it possible to give multiple control files in the enrichment based methods? I want to supply input BAM files for the BAM files I am trying to analyze. Will seqMINER be able to correctly associate input and query BAM files to calculate the enrichment score.
