The labels for the x-axis in the Merged dataset profile are taken from the current Peak extensions value in the options panel, rather than the value used to generate the profile.
To reproduce:
- Generate a cluster heatmap (Density Array Method) using the default left and right extensions (5000 bp).
- View the merged dataset profile for one of the clusters; the x-axis is labelled with -5000 bp .... 5000 bp
- Go back to the seqMINER window, select Tools->Options, change left extension to 300bp (right extension also changes to 300bp) and click OK
- Go back to the heatmap window, and select a different cluster (or click on the same cluster again). The label on the graph changes to -300 bp .... 300 bp, although the results are still for +/- 5kb
Expected behaviour:
- The labels on the graph should stay consistent with the data being displayed, rather than taking on the currently set value.
