Save profile of Density Value

Dear All,

             I am trying to save the "density profile" value for each cluster. When I clicked on the "save profile" nothing happen. But for other profile like heat map or mean profile I clicked on the "save profile" and it asked for location to save. Is there any other way to export the density profile. Thanks in advance.

Dear Sarbashis,

You can do a select all (click on one density value and then ctrl-A), copy and paste the matrix to a text editor (or excel). The density matrix will be in the same order as in peaks or annotation panel.

Otherwise, you can also export the whole matrix (without clustering) from the main panel, step 3 Clustering, right click on a distribution and select "Export Data".
