yeast genome

HI!

Excellent software to use for human and mouse genomes. Could you also provide a library for the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae genome? Could I request you for te following build?

UCSC genome name:   sacCer2

Assembly:  EF3

Species name:  Saccharomyces cerevisiae  or Scerevisiae

Ensembl release: 63

Hello Swami,

It's very easy to get this file with biomart tool. The process was explained on the wiki site.

Anyway, I extracted the file for you. you can put it into the lib folder under seqMINER.
