Error: Not enough memory

I have multiple files that I would like to upload but I keep getting this error that says there is not enough memory; see image attached for a visual. Each file is at least 1.8 Gigabytes. Is there a way to expand the memory of seqMINER to run these files? If not,is there another program that can run the same function on these files?
