Java error in seqMINER

Dear everyone,

I am new to seqMINER and java. I downloaded seqMINER yesterday and follow the manual to double click run_in_windows.bat, but it has no response, then I double click seqMINER.bar, it prompt an error with "Error: An JNI error has occured, please check your installation and try again". Could any one provide the solution for this problem?

JDK has been installed in my computer (windows 7, 64 bit) and javac could be successfully tested.
