OEIS email logins now working again

Hi all,

It turns out that bots decided to paste tons of email addresses into the email sign-in box to spam people, because the internet is a terrible place these days. I've been trying a few strategies to stop the bots without stopping actual users, and I broke the email login form last night. The effect was that most of the time it said it sent an email but didn't. I've corrected that, so if you were trying to log in and frustrated that an email never arrived, please reload the login page and try again.
