Time Stamps Within OEIS/Wiki

Simple, perhaps silly question. While looking within areas of Wiki that I had not examined, I noted times (24 hour clock) were provided. I am in the Eastern S/DS Time Zone. Does everyone get times provided for their own time zones, or are all times provided to OEIS Wiki users based on "EST?" Dumb question I know, but I do not know.

Since I started trying to send this missive (at the suggestion of another) Neil provided the 'Four Lollipop" query. Must admit that first thoughts went to the song containing;

"Lollipop, lollipop oh lolli, lolli, lolli, lollipop...."

For those old enough (or almost old enough) to remember, put a MoTown rhythm/beat to it. For you youngsters, yes it is on the 'internet.' Don't think it's all AI yet.

Thanks for the words of that song and the YouTube link, I've been
trying to remember that song. Perfect timing too, because I am about
to create an OEIS entry for the sequence (it will be A389624 in an
hour or two).
The terms are 1,2,10,25, and the next term is either 44, 45, or 46.
