An idea about palominoes inside others

I just want to share an idea I have about taking polyominoes and embedding specific numbers of smaller ones to maximize perimeter of the individual polyominoes. Such as perfect numbers like 28 you could place a single a 2x1 and then any of the several or many of 4 7 14. Ideally the smaller ones fall inside of the larger so there's a inside an outside perimeter altogether
