Dear all

The OEIS was referring to a preprint of Travis Sherman only a copy of which
was accessible through archive.org. But a page was misprinted in that copy

I contacted the list, then Travis Sherman: only Victor Miller happened to have
miraculously kept an essentially clean copy---that was given to him by John Brillhart.
T. Sherman did not succeed in finding one, but agreed we could put Victor's one
to the OEIS.

Then Maximilian Hasler was kind enough so as to import the clean version
to the OEIS and to modify the (17 I think) references to it.

This message is both an information and an opportunity to thank all the colleagues
who helped, in particular Travis Sherman, Victor Miller and Maximilian Hasler.

Best wishes
jean-paul

I forgot to say that the paper is on the OEIS and a link
is available at every mention of Travis Sherman (thanks
to M. Hasler).
best
