Hi
I installed SeqBuster tool and wanted to use it for the miRNA analysis but while running I got some errors like I was not able to create a project which is a first step in the analysis. A screenshot is attached with this email. How to fix this problem ?

hi, did you have mysql correctly installed? it seems a problem of mysql, you can check the configuration in the mysql conf menu.
about your other questions:
1-Here does the 'more than two variants' mean that any no. of variants or only restricted to 3 variants ?
3 or more.
