GTFS-rt Down?

Hi,

My name is Louis, and I work for the Transit app. We’ve been in contact with you before about the SEPTA GTFS-rt being down. Unfortunately, it’s once again down. The timestamp in the header is frozen at 1508605382 (equivalent to Saturday, October 21, 2017 1:03:02 PM GMT-04:00 DST). I was hoping you could look into this.
