New Valid GTFS Data Files

Hello,

Just some feedback about the GTFS data at Github.

You are still publishing a single download with invalid contents.

This means schedule data cannot be kept current automatically.

I suggest creating two separate rail and bus files with different agency names and ids that denote content, such as SEPTA RAIL and SEPTA BUS SUBWAY AND TRAM.

Changing to two files with descriptive agency names results in valid datasets that can be feed directly into GTFS compliant applications.  

As of now, your download is invalid and requires application wide hacks to work.
