Issues with static and real time gtfs data

Hi,

I am currently experiencing issues with both static & real time SEPTA data: 

Static (regional rail)

The following routes are referenced by trips.txt but do not exist in routes.txt: CC (this happened when routes_id that exist in Trips file do not exist in routes file)

The Error message:

ORA-20000: The following error happened while handling

ORA-06512: at "TM_P_PRODUCTION.GTFS_LOAD_MGR", line 3395

ORA-06512: at "TM_P_PRODUCTION.GTFS_LOAD_MGR", line 3549

ORA-06512: at "TM_P_PRODUCTION.GTFS_LOAD_MGR", line 3604

Regarding, issues with RT (all transit types), is it possible to speak with someone about this?
